"Requests entered in this form and submitted via this link are for transport of Canon U.S.A., Inc. (CUSA) owned or Canon leased equipment only. Requests to move customer owned equipment requires written release of liability to Canon as well as written approval from Procurement/Logistics VP or Director." Relocation quotes will be provided within 72 hours from the time of request and are valid for 45 days from quote date. Acceptance of quote can be facilitated by a company Purchase Order, approved credit card payment, or acknowledged charges on company letter head whose reply must be from an authorized party. Once acceptance of charges are in place scheduling will be based on the first available dates.
